Caregivers Choice LLC
(formerly known as Blessing Services)
in operations since July 2016 as a nursing homecare contractor. The name was changed to Caregivers Choice LLC in July 2019 to diversify the services being offered. Caregivers Choice Adult day Health was established to help seniors and adults with disabilities to remain functionally independent as long as possible and be an alternative to nursing home placement. We are licensed by the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. We are an adult day health program because we provide medical care and can contract out for physical, occupational and speech services. Our staff is made up of well trained and experienced healthcare professionals that offer supportive and continuity of care through respite for caregivers.

Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health Programs’ mission is to provide professional medical services that ensure the promotion of cognitive, social, and physical well-being in a safe home-like environment. We are dedicated to the individual needs of our participants and their families. We provide continuity of care and functional enrichment to each participant.

1. What are Your Hours of Operation?
Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health is open for business Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
2. When Can I visit the facility?
We ask that visits are scheduled. Tours can be scheduled upon request.

Yes! Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health is licensed by the Missouri Division of Health and Senior Services.
4. How can I enroll my loved one in Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health Program?
To enroll your loved one in the program, please contact us at (636) 671-7745. We ask that each applicant complete an application and enrollment packet. This can be emailed or faxed to you upon request.5. What is Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health Program?
Caregivers Choice Adult Day Health is an adult day health program established to provide caregivers respite support for their elderly or disabled loved ones. We offer a variety of opportunities for participants to receive health and social services in a stimulating environment that is dedicated to the quality of life and well-being of seniors.6. How often must I or my family member attend?
The weekly attendance of participants is solely based on the discretion of each participant’s family and individual needs. However, we do find that it is best if participants have a set schedule.7. Is a licensed nurse on staff?
Yes! A licensed registered nurse is always on staff and available during the business hours of operation to help provide professional medical services and support. 13. How can I pay for services? Do you all accept insurance?
